R\u00e9duire le pain d'\u00e9pices en chapelure\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Couper les pommes de terre en rondelles les faire sauter dans la po\u00eale avec du beurre, quand elles sont dor\u00e9es ajouter les champignons puis une louche de bouillon de cuisson du veau\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Poursuivre la cuisson jusqu'\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation du liquide , ajouter alors le potimarron, continuer la cuisson 5 mn en ajoutant le persil hach\u00e9 et la sauge.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>En fin de cuisson, \u00e9goutter la longe et la disposer dans un plat \u00e0 four.
