dans la m\u00eame eau (ils doivent \u00eatres tr\u00e8s cuits).\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Mixer les c\u0153urs de choux cuits avec la moiti\u00e9 de la botte d'aneth afin d'obtenir un coulis bien vert.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Fouettez La moiti\u00e9 de la cr\u00e8me en chantilly avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>D\u00e9posez une cuill\u00e8re de chantilly au fond de 6 verres; verser un peu de coulis, puis de nouveau une cuill\u00e8re de chantilly, saupoudrez de ciboulette hach\u00e9e\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>R\u00e9servez les verres au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Verser le verre de vin dans une casserole avec l'\u00e9chalote hach\u00e9e\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t
