de lard\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>2 pinc\u00e9es de sucre\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>20 g de beurre\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>10 grains de poivre noir de           <li>Passer les tranches de lard 5mn dans une po\u00eale anti adh\u00e9sive\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Poser le r\u00f4ti dans un plat \u00e0 four , parsemer de noisettes de beurre , verser un filet d'huile\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Saler poivrer et mettre au four , laisser cuire 40mn \u00e0 180\u00b0 en arrosant la viande r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>En fin de cuisson poser le r\u00f4ti sur une assiette le couvrir d'une feuille d'aluminium et laisser reposer\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Mettre les poires dans le plat de cuisson du r\u00f4ti , remettre au four 10mn , retourner les poires dans le jus avec les tranches de lard\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>D\u00e9couper des tranches \u00e9paisses de r\u00f4ti, les disposer
